Information you give us
The site has no accounts, sign-up forms, or comment sections. The only personal information we would receive from you directly is what you choose to send if you contact us, such as your email address and the content of your message.
Please do not email us personal health information. We are not a healthcare provider and cannot respond to medical questions.
Our tools
The care model comparison, membership cost worksheet, and question checklist run entirely in your browser. The numbers and text you enter are not saved, are not sent to our servers, and disappear when you leave or reload the page.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical information when your browser requests a page, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
At launch, we do not use advertising trackers or third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and describe what is collected and the choices available to you.
How we use and share information
We use the limited information described above to operate and improve the site and to reply to messages. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that host or secure the site, or when required by law.
Links to other sites
Our articles link to government agencies, professional organizations, and other outside sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
We will post any changes to this policy on this page. Questions can be sent through our contact page. See also our terms of use.
